I know this has been a major blogging issue for us; but I heard the news when our landlord was showing his flat's tv capabilities in Dubrovnik. A completely eccentric guy, who deserves a blog of his own (and will show up soon in my blog), Edi Marciego replied to my question of "Aren't you sad that Yeltsin died?" with an answer full of sarcasm and wits: "He wasn't sad when my father died, so I don't care..."
Rest in peace, if you can...when the old people are carrying banners near Kremlin about what you have done to their country...
