Communism Lite

Years ago, my neighbor (RIP, an ex foreign service diplomat) told me that USSR had a hidden agenda of regrouping together to form a better, stronger and bigger Soviet Union...He added that they were now in disguise as capitalists ;but meet in secret assemblies to rewrite the communist manifesto for the space-age. The world order would change with a Russian Re-revolution...I think they are really hesitant to regroup after 16 years...
